【摘要】目的:观察Plkl在胃癌发展不同阶段中的表达,探讨分析它与胃癌临床病理指标之间的关系。方法:采用SP免疫组化方法,对49 例胃癌及其相应的癌旁非癌胃粘膜中Plkl表达进行检测。结果:Plkl 在非癌粘膜和胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为0和83.67%;两组比较差别十分显著( P<0. 01) 。Plkl表达与侵润深度、胃癌淋巴结转移和临床分期相关( P <0. 05) 。结论:Plkl可能参与胃癌的侵袭和转移过程。

    Relationship Between the expression of Plkl Gene and Pathobiological Behaviors of Gastric Carcinoma

    【Abstract】 Objective :To detect the expression of Plkl gene in gastric carcinoma , and to investigate the significance of Plkl gene expression in progression of gastric carcinoma. Methods : The expressions of Plkl were evaluated by immunohistochemistry in 49 cases of gastric carcinoma and the adjacent normal mucosa. Results : The positive rates of Plkl gene expression were 0 and 83.67% in adjacent normal mucosa and gastric carcinoma , respectively. And significant difference in expression of Plkl was found between gastric carcinomas and the adjacent normal mucosa ( P<0. 01) . The expression of Plkl was significantly correlated with tumor clinicopathological stage and lymph node metastasis gastric carcinoma ( P<0. 05) . Conclusion : Decreased expressions of Plkl gene were significantly correlated with progression and pathobiological behaviors of the stomach carcinoma. ......
