【摘要】目的：观察瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉用于开胸手术麻醉的临床效果。方法：选择门急诊ASA I-Ⅱ级开胸手术患者42例，随机平分成两组，治疗组为瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚诱导麻醉，对照组为丙泊酚诱导麻醉。结果:麻醉诱导后两组HR均较诱导前有所下降，自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间对照组均明显高于治疗组组。结论：瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于开胸无手术麻醉效果满意，值得临床推广。

    【Abstract】 Goal: Observes Swiss Fentaini compound third to anchor the phenol anaesthesia to use in the chest surgery anaesthesia the clinical effect. Method: Choice gate emergency medical treatment ASA I-ⅡThe level opens the chest surgery patient 42 examples, divides equally two groups stochastically, the treatment group compound third anchors the phenol induced anesthesia for Swiss Fentaini, the control group for third anchors the phenol induced anesthesia. Finally: Before the anaesthesia induces latter two group of HR to induce drops, the autonomous respiration restores the time, the regaining consciousness time, the cupping time control group obviously to be higher than treatment group. Conclusion: Swiss Fentaini compound third anchors the phenol to use in the chest non-surgery anaesthesia effect being satisfied, is worth the clinical promotion. ......
