     【摘要】目的：建立保健食品中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法：以芦丁为对照品，以30%乙醇为溶剂，测定吸光度值。结果：芦丁对照品在2～30 μg/ml浓度范围内，浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系，r=1，平均加样回收率为9665%，RSD%为20%。结论：本法准确、快速、简便、环保，为测定保健食品中总黄酮的含量测定方法提供了参考。
