【摘要】目的：建立颈脑康丸中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用超声提取+柱纯化分离制备供试品溶液，HPLC-ELSD法测定，使用Agilent HC-C18 Analytical(5μm，46mm×250mm)色谱柱，以乙腈-水(36∶64)为流动相，流速为10 ml·min-1，漂移管温度70℃，氮气流量为28L·min-1。结果：黄芪甲苷在0032～032 mg·ml-1的范围内线性关系良好，其对数的线性方程为y=06615x-39805(r=09999)，平均回收率为9677%，RSD=066%(n=6)。结论：本方法准确可靠，重现性好，结果稳定，可作为该制剂的质量控制。
