高效液相色谱法测定胆舒排石颗粒中栀子苷的含量

     【摘要】目的：测定胆舒排石颗粒中栀子苷的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以乙腈—水(15∶85)为流动相;流速为10ml/min;检测波长为238nm。结果：栀子苷线性范围为705μg～705μg，平均回收率为10061%，RSD=187%。结论：高效液相色谱法测定栀子苷含量，方法快速、结果准确，操作简便，可用于胆舒排石颗粒的质量研究。
