【摘要】虽然中医心理与南传上座部佛教构建与阐述有诸多不一致之处，但在心理治疗理论方面却存在一定的相通性。通过对二者的略述以及在认知、行为塑造方面的比较，浅析其相通性，可在现代社会当中发挥一定的作用。
