【摘 要】 目的：建立HPLC法测定复方氨林巴比妥注射液中安替比林含量的方法。方法：采用sinochrom ODS-AP(4.6mm×200mm，5μm)色谱柱；流动相：甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至3.7)(45∶55)；流速：0.8ml/min；检测波长：259nm；柱温：40℃；进样体积：10μl。结果：安替比林浓度在0.4～2μg/ml时，线性关系良好(r=0.9999)；平均加样回收率为98.95%(n=9)。结论：该法简便、快速、专属性强、准确度高，适用于复方氨林巴比妥注射液中安替比林的含量测定。
