【摘 要】 目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定片剂中枸橼酸托法替布的含量。方法：以十八烷基硅烷键和硅胶为填充剂；以乙腈-0.05 mol/L 磷酸二氢钠(80∶20)为流动相A，以乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钠(20∶80)为流动相B，梯度洗脱；柱温为35 ℃；检测波长为286 nm。结果：线性范围为20.02～100.23mg/ml(R=0.9998)；样品溶液在8 h内稳定；平均回收率为99.91%，RSD<1.0%(n=9)。结论：采用高效液相色谱法测定枸橼酸托法替布的含量，方法灵敏度高，专属性强，结果准确可靠。

    Abstract：Objective To establish the HPLC method for the determination of content of tofacitinib citrate tablets. Methods Octadecyl silane and silica were used as the stationary phase. The mobile phase was consisted of A(acetonitrile： 0.05 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate=80∶20) and B(acetonitrile∶0.05 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate=20∶80).
