ICP—MS测定三七中有害元素As含量的不确定度分析(1)

     【摘要】目的：建立ICP-MS测定三七中有害元素As含量不确定度的分析方法。方法：采用ICP-MS检测有害元素As的含量，根据 JJF l0592-1999 《测定不确定度的评定与表示》建立数学模型。结果：三七中砷的含量为0.08mg/kg，测定方法导致的不确定度为0.054mg/kg。结论：ICP-MS测定过程中标准曲线和回收率对不确定度影响最大。
