【摘 要】 目的：观察芍药甘草汤加威灵仙治疗感染后亚急性刺激性干咳的临床效果。方法：124例感染后亚急性刺激性干咳患者，分为观察组64例，予芍药甘草汤加威灵仙治疗；对照组60例，予复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗，两组均观察1周。结果：观察组与治疗组总体疗效相当。结论：芍药甘草汤加威灵仙治疗感染后亚急性刺激性干咳疗效可靠。

    Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction plus Radix Clematidis for treatment of subacute irritating dry cough after infection. Methods 124 cases of patients with subacute irritating dry cough after infection were divided into the observation group (n=64) and the control group (n=60).The observation group received Shaoyao Gancao decoction plus Radix Clematidis while the control group received Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules. Two groups were all observed for a week. Results The overall efficiency was equivalent between the observation group and the treatment groups.Conclusion Shaoyao Gancao decoction plus Radix Clematidis has a reliable efficacy in the treatment of subacute irritating dry cough. ......
