【摘要】目的：观察针药结合治疗帕金森病便秘的临床疗效。方法：选择符合帕金森病便秘的患者78例分为两组。观察组(39例)给予针灸及中药结合治疗，对照组(39例)给予莫沙必利片治疗，疗程为2周。观察两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果：临床有效率观察组94.87%，对照组46.15%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针药结合治疗帕金森病便秘疗效显著，且无毒副作用，值得临床应用。
