【摘要】目的：对刺苋根分部位成分进行分析及对正丁醇提取部分进行排石活性研究。方法：采用不同极性溶剂对刺苋根提取后进行成分分析；选取正丁醇提取部位，对乙醛酸诱导的C57BL/6小鼠连续灌胃5d后，取心脏血测血浆肌酐(CRE)及血浆尿素氮(BUN)浓度；取左侧肾脏测肾组织钙含量。结果：刺苋的正丁醇部位提取物，在25mg/ml及50mg/ml两个剂量水平均能明显降低肾脏组织的钙含量，确实具有明确的排石效果；同时能明显降低血浆CRE及BUN含量，能够明显恢复肾脏排泄功能。结论：刺苋对乙醛酸所致的小鼠草酸钙结石模型有明确的排石活性。

N-butanol extract was further evaluated for the discharging effect of kidney calculus.
