【摘要】Ⅲ型前列腺炎是男科常见的疑难杂症之一，其发病机制、病理生理学改变等目前尚不明确，临床药物疗效不确切，给患者带来困扰。张春和教授在运用中医药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎方面具有一定见解，诊治过程中重视对本病中出现的火热证候进行深入辨析，积累了丰富的临床经验，现将其经验进行探讨总结，以飨读者。
