【摘 要】 目的：观察序贯疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将100例胃溃疡患者随机分为两组，每组50例。观察组采取序贯疗法；对照组采取四联疗法，比较两组溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率、不良反应发生率。结果：观察组溃疡愈合率为84.00%，显著高于对照组的66.00%(P<0.05)；观察组Hp根除率为92.00%，明显高于对照组的66.00%(P<0.01)；两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：序贯疗法较四联疗法在根除幽门螺旋杆菌，促进溃疡愈合方面优势突出。
