【摘 要】 目的：观察中西医结合治疗单纯性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：单纯性面瘫50例，采用中西合治，针刺配合患者自行推拿，10次为1个疗程，治疗1疗程后进行疗效评定。结果：临床治愈35例，显效9例，有效6例，总有效率达100%。结论：中西医合治单纯性面瘫疗效确切，且疗程缩短。
