【摘 要】 目的：探讨社区健康服务中心联合上级医院共同对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者开展医疗干预，实施治疗康复一体化对促进患者康复的价值。方法：纳入46例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者，随机均分为两组：观察组接受社区-医院治疗康复一体化干预；对照组出院后仅接受常规随访。术后6个月对比两组恢复效果、腰椎活动障碍情况。结果：观察组恢复效果优于对照组，Oswestry功能障碍指数卷表(ODI指数)得分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：社区-医院开展治疗康复一体化有助于提升骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者恢复效果，值得临床推广。
