【摘 要】 目的：优选粗柄独尾草中总多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用正交试验设计，以总多糖含量为指标，分别考察提取时间、提取次数、加水倍量对总多糖提取工艺的影响。结果：最佳提取工艺为提取3次，每次1.5h，加水倍量为10倍量。结论：所得到的最佳提取工艺简单、可行、稳定。
