【摘 要】 目的：观察麻辛附子汤治疗寒邪闭肺型慢喉喑的临床疗效。方法：将50例慢喉喑患者，经过四诊及辨证论治分析，诊断为寒邪闭肺证14例，给予麻辛附子汤治疗。结果：痊愈12例，好转2例，无效0例。结论：麻辛附子汤治疗寒邪闭肺型慢喉喑有较好的临床疗效。
