【摘 要】 通过分析近4年关于中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究，检索中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的期刊文献资料，统计分析所选文献中各中医证型出现频次、频率以及病例数。在慢性萎缩性胃炎的中医证型中，以脾胃虚弱(脾胃虚寒)证最多见，其次是胃络瘀血、肝胃气滞、胃阴不足、脾胃湿热，最后是肝胃郁热，本研究初步反映了CAG 常见证候类型分布规律，以探析该病的中医证型分布规律，为进一步科学研究提供依据。
