【摘 要】 复杂性辨证论治是指用恒动性、变法、联系性、逆向性、整体性、相对性等思维分析处理临床疑难疾病和复杂性问题。笔者通过对小承气汤病因病机、方药配伍、变法复杂性辨证论治思维的运用进行分析，为临床经方的灵活应用提供思路。
