【摘 要】 中医认为毒瘀与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关，现代医学认为机体的DNA损伤及修复缺陷致损伤的DNA过多积累是恶性肿瘤形成的重要因素，两者均提示机体因有害物质积聚从而导致癌变。基于此，笔者提出恶性肿瘤中医毒瘀病因病机与DNA损伤修复相关的假说。
