【摘 要】 文章总结钱仁义教授治疗肌张力障碍的辨病、辨证与治疗经验。钱仁义教授认为肌张力障碍属于中医颤证的范畴，风邪贯穿于该病的始终，其为本虚标实之证，以肝脾肾虚为本，风兼夹湿、火、痰、瘀为标。治疗时，主张虚实异治，其实者多为内风夹湿，法当祛风胜湿，方用自拟调肝汤；其虚者为肝肾亏虚，肝风内动，法当养阴熄风，方用加减二甲复脉汤。
