【摘 要】 慢性阻塞性肺疾病严重影响患者生活质量，西医治疗主要以激素、抗生素、支气管扩张剂为主的对症治疗，且长期用药导致药物不良反应增加。近年来，中医药在慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中体现出独特优势，文章从COPD稳定期的中医辨证及其客观指标的变化进行综述，为该病的临床治疗和中药新药的研究提供参考。
