【摘要】脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛是临床多发常见的一个病证，临床上广泛运用中医、中药以温中补虚、和胃止痛为法进行治疗，效果确切，值得推广，故将近年的治疗进展情况予以综述。同时提出其基本病机为脾肾阳虚，寒自内生，寒凝气滞，不通则痛。若从温肾扶阳，补火生土方向探究，可达及病之本源。
