【摘 要】 目的：观察电针配合放血疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：选取90例颈型颈椎病患者，将其随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组予常规电针疗法，治疗组在常规电针疗法基础上加予放血疗法，对比两组治疗前、治疗后的VAS评分和NPQ评分变化。结果：治疗后两组VAS评分、NPQ评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05)，治疗后治疗组VAS评分、NPQ评分低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：电针配合放血疗法治疗颈型颈椎病疗效优于单纯常规电针，值得临床推广运用。
