【摘 要】肺纤维化是各种肺间质疾病的共同病理结局，西医无明确有效的治疗手段，朱启勇教授治疗肺纤维化临证理验俱丰，疗效显著。朱教授认为肺纤维化基本病机属于阴虚血瘀，当以活血化瘀、养阴利咽贯穿整个治疗过程。
