【摘 要】糖尿病是临床常见的代谢性疾病，其发病率高，并发症多，严重危害人们健康。对于临床多见的湿热互结型糖尿病，闫镛教授认为其始动因素为脾失健运，病机之标为湿热互结，瘀血贯穿于疾病始终，治以运脾祛湿、泄热逐瘀，自拟连术消渴方，临床效果明显。
