一种闽产青红酒粗多糖和总黄酮的测定(1)
【摘 要】 目的:采用分光光度法,测定一种闽产青红酒中粗多糖和总黄酮含量。方法:采用醇沉法,分离酒中粗多糖,以无水D-葡萄糖为对照品,采用苯酚-硫酸法检测粗多糖含量;以芦丁为对照品,在360nm波长下测定吸光度,计算总黄酮含量。结果:测定葡萄糖范围3.86~12.87μg/mL,回归方程为y=53.32x-0.021,r=0.9984;测定芦丁线性范围7.56~22.68μg/mL,回归方程为y=0.034x-0.022,r=0.9993。结论:通过测定青红酒中粗多糖和总黄酮含量,有利于对产品配方及工艺进行质量控制。【关键词】 青红酒;分光光度法;粗多糖;总黄酮
