【摘 要】 功能性便秘是儿科常见的消化性疾病，会对小儿健康成长造成不良影响。刘建忠教授根据多年临床经验，治疗时以“抑木扶土”法为大法，认为健脾不忘疏肝。常用疏肝理气类药物，并善用风药，每获良效。文章从疾病、治法、方药应用等方面加以分析，以期为临床治疗该病提供参考。
