灯盏花素杂质化学成分研究(1)
【摘 要】 目的:研究灯盏花中提取分离所得的灯盏花素原料药的化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂和Sephadex LH-20 等色谱方法进行分离纯化,应用波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到4个化合物。分别鉴定为4'-羟基黄芩素(1),4'-羟基黄芩素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(3),6-羟基山奈酚-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(4)。结论:4个化合物首次从灯盏花素原料药中分得。【关键词】 灯盏花素;化学成分;黄酮
