【摘 要】 下肢动脉硬化闭塞症是一种常见肢体缺血性疾病，致死致残率较高，严重影响患者生活质量，随着生活水平的提高，人口老龄化的加重，其发病率日渐上升，寻求安全有效的改善患者临床症状和体征的治疗方法迫在眉睫，文章总结了下肢动脉硬化闭塞症初期的中医外治法研究概况，以期为该病的治疗提供参考。
