【摘 要】 非哺乳期乳腺炎归属于中医粉刺性乳痈病的范畴，中医治疗本病有明确的疗效及优势，根据不同阶段辨证论治。文章指出本病的基本病机当为“郁滞”，治疗当以“疏通”为主，主方为越鞠方。
