【摘 要】 遗传性共济失调是一组以小脑萎缩而致的慢性进行性共济失调为特征的疾病，其与中医伏邪学说有着相似之处。文章主要从伏邪理论探讨遗传性共济失调病因病机、临床表现及辨证论治，以拓展诊治思路，提高临床疗效。
