【摘 要】 目的：采用正交设计法优选美白复方中药的提取工艺并进行体外抗氧化活性考察。方法：筛选具有美白活性的5种中药甘草、桑白皮、怀山药、白芍和芦荟，以乙醇为溶剂，在单因素试验基础上，采用正交设计法优化提取工艺，以酪氨酸酶抑制率和DPPH自由基清除率为综合指标评价复方中药提取物的美白功效。结果：该中药复方具有一定的酪氨酸酶抑制活性和DPPH自由基清除作用，正交设计确定的最优提取工艺为乙醇体积分数80%，料液比1∶ 7，提取时间2 h、提取次数1次，采取此提取工艺。结论：该中药复方具有一定的美白功效，可为中药资源在美白化妆品中的开发利用提供参考。

    Abstract：Objective To optimize the extraction process of whitening traditional Chinese medicine compound by orthogonal design.Methods Five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were selected to evaluate the whitening effect and optimized by orthogonal design.The inhibition rate of tyrosinase and the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical were set as criteria to evaluate the whitening effect and optimize the best ethanol extraction process in orthogonal design method on the basis of single-factor experiments.Results The traditional Chinese medicine compound alcohol extract had certain inhibition rate of tyrosinase and scavenging rate of DPPH free radical.The optimum extraction process was using seven fold 80% of ethanol for 1 time of reflux extraction with 1.5 h ......
