【摘 要】 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最严重且最常见的慢性并发症之一，同时也是导致糖尿病患者死亡的主因之一。一旦发生糖尿病肾病，出现持续蛋白尿则病情多不可逆，逐渐发展为终末期肾病。笔者通过对近年来针灸联合药物治疗糖尿病肾病的文献进行整理、分析，以期为糖尿病肾病的临床治疗提供参考。
