【摘 要】 银屑病俗称牛皮癣，其意便为难治。此外，很多患者还具有明显的季节性，张晓杰教授结合五运六气理论，从天人相应角度入手，运用运气方治疗银屑病等疾病。2017年为丁酉年，运用当年六丁之年的运气方苁蓉牛膝汤以及治卯酉之岁，阳明司天，少阴在泉所影响疾病的审平汤，既兼顾了天气对疾病的影响，又兼顾了患者的体质，临床上治疗效果显著。
