【摘 要】 介绍国医大师韦贵康应用自创的痛安汤治疗颈椎病的经验。韦老认为本病为本虚标实之证，治疗上以活血化瘀，解痉止痛为法，自创痛安汤为治疗颈椎病的基础方，临证时随症加减。【关键词】 颈椎病;痛安汤;名医经验;韦贵康
