【摘 要】 轻度认知功能障碍是痴呆发病的高危因素，其发病率呈逐年上升趋势，因此早期防治十分重要。肾为“先天之本”，脾为“后天之本”，从脾肾入手，脾肾同治，并相应的采用温补脾肾之阳、补益脾肾之气的治法，可以有效缓解症状，提高患者生活质量。
