中药封包联合火龙罐治疗风寒湿型颈椎病40例临床观察(1)
【摘 要】 目的：观察中药封包联合火龙罐治疗风寒湿型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：选取风寒湿型颈椎病患者80例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以中药封包治疗，观察组在对照组基础上予以火龙罐治疗，观察两组的临床疗效。结果：对照组VAS疼痛评分(5.31±1.02)分，明显高于观察组的(2.50±1.39)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组满意度为75.0%，观察组满意度为97.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为72.5%，观察组为92.5%，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药封包联合火龙罐治疗风寒湿型颈椎病疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective to investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with huilong cupping in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness-type cervical spondylotic disease. Methods 80 cases of wind-cold-dampness-type cervical spondylotic disease were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method， with 40 cases each. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation， and the observation group was treated with huilong cupping on the basis of the control group.Results The VAS score of the control group (5.31±1.02) was significantly higher than that of the observation group (2.50±1.39)， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Satisfaction was 75.0% in the control group and 97.5% in the observation group(P<0.05). the total effective rate was 72.5% in the control group and 92.5% in the observation group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine encapsulation combined with huilong cupping is effective in treating wind-cold-dampness-type cervical spondylotic disease， which is worthy of clinical promotion.

颈椎病又称“颈椎综合征”，是颈椎间盘脱出、增生性颈椎炎及颈椎间韧带、关节等组织的退行性改变刺激和压迫脊髓、椎动脉、颈神经根和颈部交感神经等而出现的一系列综合证候群，风寒湿型颈椎病主要临床表现为夜寐露肩或久卧湿地而致颈强脊痛，肩臂酸楚，颈部活动受限，甚则手臂麻木发冷，遇寒加重或伴形寒怕冷、全身酸楚[1]。中药封包治疗是一种传统的中医特色疗法，火龙罐治疗是刘伟承老师[2]研制出的一种用特殊罐体为工具，搭配特制的艾柱，集推拿、艾灸、刮痧、点穴为一体的中医操作新技术，由于此项操作舒适度高、疗效显著且无副作用，在临床上深受患者喜爱，在传统疗法中药封包热敷的基础上配合火龙罐疗法在临床应用中取得了良好的疗效，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 选取2019年1月至2019年12月我院针灸康复科收治的80例风寒湿型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组中男22例，女18例;年龄为40～63岁，平均(53.2±6.8)岁;病程2～10年，平均(5.14±1.5)年。观察组中男21例，女19例;年龄为43～65岁，平均(53.8±6.9)岁;病程2.5～10年，平均(5.22±1.3)年。两组在性别、年龄、病程方面经统计学分析，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。
1.2 诊断标准 参考2015年《神经根型颈椎病诊疗规范化的专家共识》[3]来制定診断标准：①有长期低头伏案工作史;②颈部肌肉紧张，活动受限;③颈部疼痛，伴有单侧或双侧上肢神经根性放射痛;④体格检查：椎间孔挤压试验、臂丛牵拉试验、扣顶试验可诱发神经根性放射痛;⑤影像学检查：颈椎MRI提示颈神经根受压，受压神经根分布区域与症状体征相吻合。, http://www.100md.com(刘彩霞 张思能 江婉明)
