【摘 要】 多囊卵巢综合征是一种常见的妇科生殖内分泌代谢异常疾病。中医在治疗该疾病方面有独特的见解，认为肝、脾、腎三脏功能紊乱共同影响该疾病的发生和发展。肾虚是该病的主要证型，补肾法在临床上疗效较好。文章就近年来补肾法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的研究进展进行综述。
