【摘 要】 血管性痴呆是继阿尔茨海默氏病后痴呆的最常见原因之一，随着中医药在血管性痴呆研究方面的深入，补阳还五汤在其治疗上取得了一定进展。文章针对血管性痴呆病因病机及近年来补阳还五汤治疗血管性痴呆的疗效机制、临床治疗进行总结，以此来提高对补阳还五汤的了解与认识，为补阳还五汤在临床应用方面提供依据。
