【摘 要】 目的：建立远志地上部位的芒果苷和总皂苷含量测定方法，为远志非药用资源开发提供支持。方法：采用HPLC液相色谱法、比色法分别对远志地上部位芒果苷及总皂苷进行含量测定。结果：远志地上部位样品总皂苷含量范围是0.30～0.75 mg/g，芒果苷含量范围是8.48～9.19 mg/g。结论：HPLC液相色谱法、比色法测定远志地上部位中的芒果苷和总皂苷含量的方法简单、可靠。
