摘要：溃疡性结肠炎(uicerative colitis，UC)为一种原因未明的直肠和结肠慢性非特异性炎性疾病，病变主要限于大肠粘膜与粘膜下层。主要临床表现是腹泻、粘液脓血便、腹痛和里急后重，病情轻重不等，多反复发作或长期迁延呈慢性经过。文章分析了溃疡性结肠炎的症状、常见并发症及其治疗方法。

    Abstract:The ulcerous colitis (uicerative colitis,UC) is one kind of reason not bright rectum and colon chronicity non-specificity inflammatory disease,the pathological change mainly is restricted in the large intestine mucous membrane and the submucosa.The main clinical manifestation is the diarrhea,the mucilage pus bloody stool,the abdominal pain and the tenesmus,the condition weight different,many to manifest suddenly repeatedly or to procrastinate for a long time assumes the chronicity to pass through.The article has analyzed the ulcerous colitis symptom,the common complication and the method of treatment.
