摘要：目的:了解影响小儿静脉穿刺成功的因素。方法： 对100例3岁以内需静脉穿刺的患儿采取针对性的处理方法。结果：100例3岁以内小儿静脉穿刺均成功，且维持至输液完毕。结论：明确小儿静脉穿刺的影响因素是穿刺成功的前提，根据不同情况采取相应的处理方法是穿刺成功的关键。

    Abstract:Objective:Understood affects factor which the young child venipuncture succeeds.Methods：Needs the venipuncture to 100 example 3 years old in the trouble to adopt the pointed processing method.Results：In 100 example 3 years old the young child venipuncture succeeds,also finished the maintenance to the infusion.Conclusion：Is clear about the young child venipuncture the influence factor is a premise which the puncture succeeds,adopts the corresponding processing method according to the different situation is the key which the puncture succeeds.
