气管切开术并发症临床分析——附10例报告(1)
摘要：目的:探讨气管切开术出现并发症的原因及预防对策。方法： 回顾性分析2003年1年-2010年8月226例患者的临床资料，观察并发症的发生率及构成，探讨引起并发症的原因、处理及预防对策。结果： 226例患者出现气管切开并发症10例(442%，10/226)，包括:伤口出血出血2例、皮下气肿2例，纵隔气肿及气胸各1例、脱管2例，套管堵塞1例，切口感染1例。结论： 气管切开术可产生各种并发症，需要掌握手术指征及手术时机，手术操作规范，熟练细致，解剖分明，术后良好密切观察，出现异常情况能给予及时处理，以避免并发症发生或降低危险度。关键词：气管切开术 并发症 原因 预防对策
