人性化服务在ICU病房护理中的应用

     摘要:目的:针对危重患者的不良心理反应,采取人性化服务。方法:培养护士人性化服务意识,对危重患者采取不同的方式沟通交流;提高患者对疾病的认识能力及适应各种变化;进行术前访视、教育指导和康复锻炼。结果:人性化服务为危重病人提供了全方位的护理。结论:人性化服务的理念转变了护理服务的方式。

    Abstract:Objective:Responded in view of the seriously injured patients not good psychology that,adopts the user friendly service.Methods:Raises the nurse user friendly service consciousness,adopts the different way communication exchange to the seriously injured patient;Enhances the patient and adapts each kind of change to disease cognitive ability;Carries on in front of the technique to make a house-call,the education instructs and is restored to health the exercise.Results:The user friendly service has provided omni-directional nursing for the seriously injured patient.Conclusion:The user friendly service idea transformed the nursing service way.
