抗菌药物临床合理应用现状分析(1)
摘要：目的：科学、合理使用抗菌药物，预防用药失误(medication errors)和医疗风险、杜绝医疗事故的发生。方法：对医院2008年度抗菌药物临床应用情况进行回顾性调查研究。结果：共抽查住院病历600份，使用了抗菌药物的有494份，使用率高达82.33%。100份病历中：合理使用抗菌药物的有16份，仅占16%；疑为细菌感染作病原学检测及药敏试验的有14份病历，占14%；未做病原学检测及药敏试验的占86%。不合理使用抗菌药物有84份，占84%。结论：我垸存在严重不合理使用抗菌药物和滥用抗菌药物现象：无指征使用抗菌药物；抗菌药物品种选择不当；抗菌药物使用时间分配不合理；不合理联合用药；1类切口手术预防性用药不规范。关键词：抗菌药物 临床药学 合理用药
