摘要：老年糖尿病是指年龄>60岁的糖尿病患者(西方>65岁)，包括60岁以前诊断和60岁以后诊断为糖尿病者。随着我国老龄人口比例的增加，人民生活水平的不断提高，老年糖尿病患者还将呈上升趋势，为了更好的防治老年糖尿病，我们必须掌握老年糖尿病的临床特点和治疗特点。

    Abstract:Old age diabetes are the diabetic who refers age >60 year-old (the Western >65 year old),including 60 year old of before will diagnose and 60 year old of later diagnoses for diabetes.Along with our country old-age population proportion increase,the lives of the people level unceasing enhancement,the old age diabetic will also assume the trend of escalation,for the better preventing and controlling old age diabetes,we will have to grasp the old age diabetes the clinical characteristic and the treatment characteristic.
