摘要：原发性脑叶出血又称皮质下出血，是指发生在皮质下白质的出血，现将我院在2007年10月-2010年4月间经CT扫描确诊的急性发病的237例脑出血病例中原发性脑叶出血55例，占23.2%与国内文献发表的手头资料相符，分别加以整理，着重分析CT表现，以观察脑叶出血的好发部位、出血量、形态等。
