醋酸泼尼松龙辅助治疗肩周炎的临床疗效分析(1)

摘要：目的:探讨醋酸泼尼松龙辅助治疗肩周炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法： 选取我院60例初次发病肩周炎患者的临床资料，随机分为醋酸泼尼松龙组(30例)和对照组(30例) 方法,对照组患者采用口服消炎痛，开始时每次服25mg，1日2～3次，后根据患者的临床疗效，药物剂量可增至每日125~150mg；VitB1治疗每次口服25~50ug，每日一次，醋酸泼尼松龙组患者在口服药物的基础上行痛点注射疗法，每周进行一次注射，每次剂量为25~50mg，21天为1个疗程，观察两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果：醋酸泼尼松龙组患者显效例数8例，有效例数12例，总有效率66.67%。对照组患者显效例数3例，有效例数8例，总有效率36.67%，醋酸泼尼松龙组的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者，两组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：在肩部痛点注射醋酸泼尼松龙可以缓解肩周炎患者的疼痛症状，临床疗效满意。
